DiggI have started drinking Lifeway Kefir two months ago. I have had GI problems all of my life and have been on medicine for 15 years. Since, I have started drinking the Kefir I have had no need to take my medicine. The Kefir tastes great and is easy to drink and has solved my heartburn and reflux problems with no need for medicine anymore.
I’m going to research some of the companies on the list to look for investment opportunities. I noticed that Neogen Corporation was not on the list. Their growth is solid and consistent. Many people do not know about them because they are not in a glamorous industry. You might want to keep an eye on them.

I have owned stock in several of these companies previously including Dynamic Materials and Astronics. At the time I did not know they were on your list, but both companies showed strong characteristics for investment. Now I know why.
